Роман Василенко: достижения и биография Роман Василенко родился 5 апреля 1969 года в Ленинграде в семье кадровых военных. С ранних лет Роману приходилось преодолевать разные препятствия и оттачивать навыки общения с другими людьми, ведь семья часто переезжала из города в город. Выбор высшего образования был обусловлен профессией родителей, и в 1990 году он поступил в единственное в мире высшее финансовое училище в Ярославле. По окончании обучения на факультете финансового обеспечения войск по специальности “экономист” поступил на службу в звании лейтенанта в 17 экипаж Военно-морского полка Ленинградской военно-морской базы. Завершил карьеру в звании капитана третьего ранга. В это непростое время 90-х годов в России многим людям приходилось искать дополнительную работу, и Роман не стал исключением. Имея богатый опыт перемен и закалку в училище, где лейтенантские погоны выдавали половине поступивших, за несколько лет до увольнения Роман стал совмещать службу в ВМФ с обучением в MBA (Master of Business Administration) и сотрудничал с одной из европейских компаний. В следующие 15 лет география обучений выйдет за рамки привычного, он посетит Венгрию, Австрию, Францию, Кипр, Маврикий, Швейцарию, США. Чуть позже решится основать свой бизнес с партнером, но это будет судьбоносный провал. Вынужденный прыжок в бездну безденежья и тотального недоверия новым людям. Его карьера впечатляет: оставив службу в ВМФ России, ему удалось накопить опыт и пройти путь от начальника финансовой службы в ВМФ до управляющего директора в сторонних компаниях, а затем и создать собственный холдинг Life is Good и международную академию бизнеса IBA. Безусловно мало жизненных сценариев с предсказуемым и положительным развитием, на этом Роман не остановился. Военная выдержка, честь и достоинство, роскошный опыт работы, а также полезные знакомства дали шанс показать и доказать то, что невозможно забрать идею. Можно лишить человека всего, но, если он настроен на успех и знает, как принести пользу людям, он обязательно это реализует. В 2014 году в Государственной Думе шло обсуждение причин и поиск решения главных вопросов: отток населения страны и рост благосостояния граждан. Это послужило идеей для феноменального преображения забытой кооперации, соединия процесса приобретения недвижимости с внедрением новых способов продвижения. Вероятно, когда закрывается потребность в жилье, у людей появляется базовое ощущение безопасности, им больше не нужно куда-то бежать в поисках лучшей жизни. Существует убеждение, что новые компании или предложения в нашей стране обязательно хотят забрать последнее у сограждан и исчезнуть за границу и в теплые страны. Но Роман Василенко преследовал иную цель, главным требованием для создания Жилищного Кооператива Бест Вей было полное соответствие законодательству Российской Федерации. Во-первых, для военного в отставке важно сохранить честь и достоинство мундира, право ношения которого у него осталось после увольнения из ВМФ России. Во-вторых, основные принципы кооперации — это честность, прозрачность, добровольность. В-третьих, неоднократные проверки ведомствами не выявили признаков незаконной деятельности. Василенко в конце 2015 года защитил диссертацию, которая доступна к ознакомлению.  Сегодня Роман Викторович — доктор экономических наук и сотрудничает с известными бизнес-тренерами, среди которых замечены профессор Аллан Пиз, соавтор книги и фильма “Секрет” Боб Дойл, гроссмейстер продаж Андреас Винс, советник двух президентов США Даг Вид, профессор психологии Рон Дженсон. Все эти джентльмены имеют не только знания в своем деле, но и практику, что особо ценится Романом.Роман Василенко основал и возглавил свое детище — Холдинг Life is Good и Жилищный Кооператив Бест Вей и на сегодняшний день имеет следующие сертификаты и награды: орден «За службу России», получен в сентябре 2019 г. в рамках форума "Основы безопасности жизни в России"; благодарственные письма 2019 года от депутатов Государственной Думы Нилова О.А., Крючек С.И. за активное участие в организации международного фестиваля народной песни и за вклад в развитие кооперации в Российской Федерации; лауреат премии “Финансист года” в рамках проведения региональной премии “Человек года 2015” в г.Ростове-на-Дону; в лице Романа Василенко холдинг Life is Good получил диплом лауреата ежегодной национальной премии “Экономическая Опора России” в 2015 году, присуждено почетное звание “национально-значимое предприятие”; также в лице Романа Василенко холдинг Life is Good в 2016 году награжден Национальным Банковским журналом (NBJ) за социально значимый вклад в укрепление экономики РФ; благодарственное письмо от главного врача детского медицинского центра “Доктрина” в г. Санкт-Петербурге. Роман Василенко оказывает спонсорскую помощь пациентам и команде врачей в проведении исследований и внедрении результатов. Как Вы понимаете, такие награды никогда не будут вручены тем людям, которые ведут свою деятельность незаконно. Важно быть не только бизнесменом и предпринимателем, но и иметь достаточно широкие интересы, чтобы приносить пользу обществу и своей стране. Роману Василенко, как патриоту страны и лидеру, важно быть созидателем, сделать свой вклад в развитие экономики и общества, в формирование будущего многих поколений. Если пообщаться с ним, покажется, что этот человек точно знает все и обо всем, от удачного построения успешного бизнеса до проблем населения в самом маленьком городе России.
